The Division of Academic Success and Transitions and Multicultural Student Life are hosting a number of events throughout the week to celebrate our first-generation students, faculty, and staff on campus. On November 8, colleges and universities across the country recognize first-generation students as trailblazers, applaud their efforts and offer support for their continued success.
We will have free food/beverages throughout the week as well as giveaways and opportunities for students to connect with other first-generation folks on campus.

Meet up for lunch with other first-generation students, faculty and staff. Add your signature alongside other proud first-generation students.
Wear your First-Gen tshirt for one of the group photos at 12:30PM and 1:30PM.
Thankful Thursday & Hot Cocoa
THURSDAY, NOV 7
Location: Ped Walkway (near Hodges and HSS) & Ag Campus (corner of Joe Johnson and Chapman Dr.)
Stop by for a cup of hot cocoa and write a thank you postcard to someone who has helped you along your way.
Frieson Friday – First-Gen Style
